group in the US Corporate Research Center for over 6 years, and is now
leading our software arctitecture research activities.
Aldo is a

and his interests include agile lifecycle models, software architecture, and the
SEISM's
CMMI®.

- Karen has over 20 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle,
in many industries and with many types of software-related products.

and a

Karen currently works in US Corporate Research at

group where she specializes in applying both agile practices and empirical software engineering principles.
