Principal Collaborators:
  • Aldo Dagnino, Ph. D., P. Eng. - Aldo developed software systems for the Manufacturing Industry in Canada for 9 years, to support their knowledge-intensive activities. He managed the ABB Software Process Initiative (ASPI) group in the US Corporate Research Center for over 6 years, and is now leading our software arctitecture research activities. Aldo is a Certified ScrumMasterTM and his interests include agile lifecycle models, software architecture, and the SEISM's CMMI®.
  • Karen J. Smiley - Karen has over 20 years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, in many industries and with many types of software-related products. She is both a SEI-authorized Team Software ProcessSM Coach and a Certified ScrumMaster. Karen currently works in US Corporate Research at ABB in the ASPI group where she specializes in applying both agile practices and empirical software engineering principles.  
  • Jan E. Höglund - Jan is a SEI-authorized Personal Software Process Instructor and Team Software Process Coach. He currently works in Corporate Research in Sweden at ABB in the ASPI group.
