Learning (formal)
NCSU graduate program (PhD in Computer Science): 2004-present
Karen explored
TSP/"TSP-EF" (Team Software Process Evaluation Framework)
and
Hackystat
as a possible basis for doctoral thesis work.
Active pilots of TSP-EF within ABB began in January 2005, and
an initial experiment combining Hackystat with a PSP course was started in March 2005.
For calendar year 2006, Karen took an approved leave of absence from
her PhD program. Resumption of PhD studies is still under consideration, but on hold for now.
