I am currently reading the book An Unused Intelligence by Andy Bryner and Dawna Markova. It’s a insightful book which addresses questions like:
- How do you manage job stress and change the ways of thinking that contribute to it?
- How do we create trust and support on the job when everything keeps changing?
- How do we establish mutual respect for diverse needs in the workplace?
- How do we find personal intent and shared vision in the distraction of day-to-day work challenges?
- How do we get more effective results using fewer resources?
- How do we perceive the whole instead of just thinking about how we can survive individually?
Using your physical intelligence will help you answer those questions. Ultimately, it is a book about how you explore and act on the callings of your soul. It is about simultaneously benefiting yourself and the world of which you are a part.
Sounds interesting! I’ll add it to my ‘book wish list’ – looking forward to hearing your opinion after you finish it.
